Roksanda Ilinčić, the Serbian-born Central Saint Martins-trained LFW designer celebrated for her fearless yet feminine use of colour has turned her talents to interior design, curating a luxury penthouse in King's Cross.

The three bedroom duplex in Gasholders London, has been designed by WilkinsonEyre and is available to buy, fully furnished, with a guide price of £7,750,000. For that the lucky owner will be cocooned in colour, texture and sculptural forms and surrounded by elegance.

Furniture, art, ceramics, books and objet have all been carefully chosen, with an emphasis on women makers. Makers and artists include Paris-based artist Caroline Denervaud, Australian ceramicist Alana Wilson and Berlin-based potter Christine Roland.

With carefully sourced pieces at every turn, the lucky resident will host dinners around an Angelo Mangiarotti dining table while guests perch upon Pierre Jeanneret chairs from the 1950s. A graphic Francois Châtain floor lamp contrasts with an undulating ceramic sculpture by Enylee Parker and twisting ribbon lamps by Claire Norcross.

And what is a home without a well-stocked bookcase? Roksanda has curated a selection of tomes, from literature to artist retrospectives on Phyllida Barlow, Barbara Hepworth and Marlene Dumas. Bedside tables feature works by Patti Smith, Nell Dunn and Joan Didion.

Of the project, Roksanda, herself a former Kings Cross resident said: 'the Gasholders were an iconic landmark that always captured my attention and one which I found particularly beautiful. To be able revisit a neighbourhood that felt so familiar to me and which now hosts the institution which moulded me as a designer, Central Saint Martins, felt like an exciting opportunity.

Architecture, art and design are disciplines which consistently inspire my own collections. This project has created the opportunity to expand my own ideas about creating a true reflection of my own aesthetic, beyond fashion.'
