A White Whisper membership allows you to redeem a free pair of welcome tickets in the first month of your membership and access all Culture Whisper articles.
A Gold Whisper membership allows you to redeem a free pair of tickets each month and enjoy exclusive discounts and events with Gold Benefits on top of access to all Culture Whisper articles.
You can treat your friend to an annual Gold Whisper membership here. You can then choose the date you would like your friend to receive their Gold Whisper membership gift package. Their gift package will include a free tote bag and a personalised letter explaining how to redeem their gift and activate their account on the Culture Whisper website. Your gift package will arrive in 3 - 10 working days.
Log in to your account and click on the gold person icon at the top of the page to access your personal profile. Go to the ‘Your plan’ tab next to ‘Your account’, then scroll down. Under the two boxes below ‘Upgrade your membership’, and just above the heading ‘Payment details’, you can select ‘cancel subscription’, written in silver text. Click on this and you will be taken to a second page where we will ask you why you have chosen to leave Culture Whisper. After selecting the relevant response, again select ‘Cancel subscription’ beside the ‘Keep subscription’ box. Please note that your current membership will remain active until the end of your next billing period.
You can redeem your free pair of tickets on any events that have the gold banner across them with the text 'free for members' on it on the Culture Whisper tickets page.
When you find an event that interests you, simply click 'redeem' at the bottom of the ticket. You will then be redirected to an Eventbrite page where you will have to register for a free pair of tickets. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite and the pair of tickets will be added to your Culture Whisper account.

You can redeem a free pair of tickets once a month between the first and last day of the calendar month.
New tickets are released twice a week, in conjunction with our bi-weekly newsletter. Keep an eye out for these to find an event you’ll love!
It is against our policy to allow members to save unredeemed tickets for future months. We have found that this is the best way of ensuring that all of our members have an equal opportunity to redeem their free tickets.
If you are no longer able to attend an event, please let us know at least two days prior to the event. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the event is due to start, you can still redeem a different pair of tickets for an event that month.
Unfortunately you will not be able to book another event with us that month, although you can continue to use Culture Whisper as normal after that. If you fail to notify us that you will not be attending an event altogether, you will not be able to redeem a pair of tickets in the following month either. Log onto Culture Whisper. Click ‘Tickets’ or here and then 'Booked' to find your upcoming events. Scroll down and select 'Manage Bookings' on the relevant ticket, and select 'Cancel' under the number '1' beside 'Free Pairs of Tickets Available'. As per our cancellation policy, you may cancel tickets up until 48 hours before the event is due to take place. If you have purchased tickets with an external vendor, you will have to contact them to cancel your tickets.
Please refer to your booking confirmation email from Eventbrite to find out how to access the event you’ve booked.
Sign into your Culture Whisper account and go to the “My Tickets" in the top right hand corner or click here, click on the "Booked" tab to see all upcoming events you have booked. Once an event has happened, it will disappear from your “Booked” section.
