Magpies mark your diaries: LAPADA Art & Antiques Fair will return to Berkeley Square on 13 September.

Now in its 11th year, the event attracts dealers, specialists and those with an insatiable curiosity for beautiful creations from all over the world.

Few of us will have the means to make a visit to LAPADA Art & Antiques Fair a shopping spree, but anyone contemplating commissioning a special piece of jewellery will find plenty of inspiration. While exhibitors with a wealth of knowledge about period jewels, rare gemstones and trends in jewellery will make it an informative experience.

All exhibitors are established members of LAPADA, the UK's largest association of arts and antiques dealers, and many of the jewellery exhibitors can usually be found at Grays Antiques. The exhibitors at last year's event included such specialists as Wimpole Antiques and A Rakyan Collection, who this year will be joined by John Joseph and Moira Fine Jewellery.

The fair boasts countless riches: as well as countless stalls of fine arts, antiques and jewellery, there will be a programme of talks and events that is sure to be fascinating for those with an interest in both contemporary and historical jewels and craftsmanship.
