The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show, The Ambassadors Theatre

The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show prepares to chomp through another season at The Ambassadors Theatre this Christmas

The Very Hungry Caterpillar, The Ambassadors Theatre
Christmas is coming and, as the old song goes, the caterpillar is looking fat. Well, maybe not. But children's literary classic, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, is coming back to the Ambassadors Theatre, and just in time for Christmas.

Published in 1969, Eric Carle's tale has been entertaining children worldwide for decades. The story of the ravenous caterpillar returns to the West End, following a whirlwind world tour.

Created by Jonathan Rockefeller, the stage production features a total of four of Carle's stories: The Artist Who Painted A Blue Horse, Mister Seahorse, The Very Lonely Firefly, and, of course, The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

Since making its debut at Australia’s Sydney Festival in January 2015, The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show has been performed across the globe to the delight of audiences everywhere, establishing itself as the most successful children’s puppet show in New York history following a record-breaking eight-month run.

Experience the well-known story in this energetic re-enactment, complete with delightful music and colourful set designs. Your little ones will certainly enjoy themselves at this festive treat.
