Frequently asked questions
You can redeem your monthly free tickets and manage pre-existing bookings through Culture Whisper's Tickets page. Events that are free for members will be indicated by a ribbon.
If you select the monthly plan, £15 will be charged to your card every month. If you select the annual plan, you will be charged £115 every year. We invoice based upon the card details you provide to us, so, if your details change, and you want to continue your subscription, please update your card details on the website
There is no difference in benefits, but the annual plan charges you £115 annually rather than £15 each month, a saving of £65 each year.
Once you have canceled your subscription, we will stop taking payment immediately. Your membership will continue until the month or year that payment has been received for.
You can manage your booking or cancel your pair of free tickets using the ‘Plan’ section of the Culture Whisper website. Please note - as per our policy - tickets can only be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event. If you wish to cancel your attendance after the 48 hour period, please contact membership@culturewhsiper.com so that our team can assist you.
