Glyndebourne comes to town

Glyndebourne Festival Opera brings Debussy's opera Pelléas et Mélisande to the Proms, conducted by Robin Ticciati (pictured), with an all-star lineup, including Christina Gansch as Mélisande and John Chest as her lover Pelléas. This semi-staged production of the luminous tale of desire and power will be a highlight in this year's centenary Debussy celebrations.
