Gianni Versace first launched a collection inspired by Andy Warhol back in '91, and Donatella thrust it back into the limelight this year to honour the 20th anniversary of his death. Marilyn Monroe and James Dean are splashed all over a sheath dress and matching boots. Bold.

Akris




Inspired by Geta Brătescu's vivid paintings, Akris' Creative Director Albert Kriemler collaborated with the artist for the label's Spring '19 collection just before she passed away. This plissé-organza skirt features a recreation of Brătescu's 2011 self-portrait, and will look chic with a plain white tee. Now on sale.

Sarah Pickstone X Florence Bridge



This jazzy silk shirt is a collaboration with British Fashion designer Florence Bridge, and artist Sarah Pickstone, and features her artwork 'An allegory of Painting'. The painting was commissioned by the Royal Academy for its 250th anniversary and can be viewed at the entrance to Burlington Gardens.
