The most famous contemporary art star working today has finally got his passport back, and just in time for this major Royal Academy exhibition. Controversial Chinese artist and activist Ai Weiwei has been under house arrest and even had his name removed from the Chinese version of Google, but that has never stopped him. The World Goes Pop, Tate Modern (17th September 2015 - 24 January 2016)

Barbara Hepworth, Tate Britain (24th June – 25th October 2015)
