The Grönholm Method, Menier Chocolate Factory

A taut drama about the intensity of corporate ambition gets its UK premiere after impressing in 60 countries

The Grönholm Method play tranfsers to London
After impressing in first Barcelona, then in 60 countries around the world, Jordi Galceran's 2003 play The Grönholm Method finally gets its UK premiere at London's Menier Chocolate Factory theatre. It was described by critics as 'an absolutely smashing satire of corporate gamesmanship' and was also adapted for the big screen in 2005 film The Method.

The taut drama follows four job applicants through an exceptionally demanding interview to secure a role in a New York City Fortune 500 company. As the candidates' limits are tested, The Grönholm Method explores the extent to which we all go to get what we really want with a riveting combination of plot twists and social commentary.

Galceran's Spanish script is translated into English by Anne Garcia-Romero and Mark St Germain, and prolific Broadway director BT McNicholl will make his UK debut to helm the production.

General booking for The Grönholm Method at the Menier Chocolate Factory opens on Monday 9 April.
