Women and the Hall, Royal Albert Hall

Families, lets get in formation: don't miss these suffragette events at the Royal Albert Hall as part of their Women and the Hall series

Women and the Hall, Royal Albert Hall
Before we had Beyoncés girl-power anthems, we had the women of jazz.

The Royal Albert Hall played an important part in women's struggle to gain the right to vote over 100 years ago. The Hall acted as the venue for a grand total of 24 women's suffrage rallies between 1908 and 1918.

Celebrate the women who fought the good fight for women's suffrage and helped form the Royal Albert Hall's herstory as we know it. Providing a platform for the women who are shaping our future through talks, screenings, and performances, Women and the Hall offers a phenomenal programme of events for families this spring.
