Meghan Markle Wedding Dress May go on Display at Windsor Castle
Meghan Markle dazzled more than 29 million viewers across the world when she walked down the aisle in May to marry Prince Harry. Now, you have the chance to see her dress up close. The Duchess of Sussex's Givenchy wedding dress, designed by the British artistic director of Givenchy, Claire Waight Keller, goes on display alongside Harry's frockcoat Household Cavalry uniform.

The special exhibition, A Royal Wedding: The Duke and Duchess of Sussex runs at Windsor Castle, where the Royal Wedding took place, from 26 October to 6 January 2019. The exhibition will move to Edinburgh's Palace of Holyroodhouse from 14 June to 6 October 2019.

Meghan's long sleeved white silk gown, featuring a bateau neckline and sculpted waist, was paired with a 16-foot tulle veil with organza embroidery, and is reported to have cost £200,000.

Kensington Palace released a statement regarding the collaboration between the Duchess of Sussex and Claire Waight Keller shortly after the wedding ceremony: 'After meeting Ms. Waight Keller in early 2018, Ms. Markle chose to work with her for her timeless and elegant aesthetic, impeccable tailoring, and relaxed demeanor.' The Palace added that 'Ms. Markle also wanted to highlight the success of a leading British talent who has now served as the creative head of three globally influential fashion houses – Pringle of Scotland, Chloé, and now Givenchy.' The Palace continued by saying that 'the focus of the dress is the graphic open bateau neckline that gracefully frames the shoulders and emphasizes the slender sculpted waist.'
