Coraline is moody and bored when she opens a mysterious door in her new home. Behind it lies the perfect escape – the Other World, complete with perfect versions of her house, friends, and parents. While her Other Mother and Other Father are wonderful to begin with, Coraline soon begins to realise that all is not right... she’s trapped! Can Coraline rescue her real parents from the evil Other Mother and escape back to her own world?
Internationally acclaimed composer Mark-Anthony Turnage has transformed Coraline into a sparkling, scary opera.
