Christmas is long gone but the magical spirit of Mary Poppins Returns lives on, and it's a thrill to welcome it back. This Summer, revisit the enchanting reboot with an immersive screening of the sequel in an art deco setting.
The film will be heading to the Banking Hall, in which several scenes from the film were shot. The Grade II listed art deco building will host a very special screening as well as a themed supper club for guests, as envisaged and prepared by celebrity chef Ronnie Murray. You'll be able to feast on a lovingly curated selection in the Counting Room, overlooking the Royal Exchange ahead of the screening.
Cast your mind back to the stunning locations of the long-awaited sequel – still celebrating the nostalgia of the 1964 landmark with a timeless sense of strength and elegance. This is everything Banking Hall has to offer, and more.
Themed concessions will be on-hand to enhance the experience, to munch on chorizo popcorn, chestnut mushroom carpaccio or even a gin and tonic sorbet. Once the treats have been taken care of, all that's left is to lean back into the beanbags, gaze up at the décor and enjoy the film in all its traditional magic once more.
