Celebrate the nation's enduring love affair with the Great British seaside at Greenwich's National Maritime Museum this summer. The Great British Seaside, a contemporary photography exhibition, explores the traditions, customs and quirks of holidaying on Britain's beaches, from Blackpool to Brighton, through the lens of four of Britain’s most celebrated photographers – Martin Parr, Tony Ray-Jones, David Hurn and Simon Roberts.

Featuring over 100 celebrated images of seaside life from the last 60 years, archival video footage and 20 new works by the legendary photographer Martin Parr, this exhibition is a joyous, nostalgic and often humorous tribute to a great British tradition.
