AVOCADO ON BUCKWHEAT BREAD
A staple of healthy breakfasts: avocados, pumpkin and sunflower seeds are packed with omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins, fibers and minerals. Buckwheat bread provides a tasty gluten free option.
1 slice of buckwheat bread
pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Slice or mash one avocado on top of your bread. Sprinkle with both pumpkin and sunflower seeds, then add a dash of olive oil, a squeeze of lime and fresh coriander.
Top it with a light sprinkle of chili flakes and himalayan salt, which is rich in minerals unlike regular table salt that just contains sodium chloride and no minerals. Enjoy!
