Cocktails taste better when you work for them, apparently. At Lollipop's three different London venues, you’ll be able to use your brainpower to create and enjoy your own unique cocktails as part of a fully immersive experience. And they'll taste all the better for being well deserved, of course.

ABQ: 'cook' your own cocktails, Hackney

At ABQ, you're not asked to wear a yellow hazmat suit for no reason: cocktail-making is about to get messy. In the Breaking Bad-inspired bar, the fully immersive experience includes 'cooking' cocktails inside an RV using everything from syringes to test tubes and dry ice.

If chemistry is not your strongest suit, the venue's vegan pizzeria (Saint) and drop-in drinks area might be a better option. In addition to their immersive cocktail menu, featuring a CBD-infused drink named ‘420’, ABQ is also introducing a number of low and non-alcoholic cocktails. We think Walter White would have approved

Bar opening hours: Wednesday - Friday 5PM - 12AM; Saturday 1PM - 12AM; Sunday 1PM - 10PM

The Bletchley: decode yourself into cocktails, Chelsea

To earn your cocktails at the Bletchley, you have to solve a series of puzzles using World War II inspired code-breaking machines and protocols. The answers are translated into flavours and handed over to the Bletchley’s mixologists, who use the information to mix a theoretically perfect drink for every patron. You don’t have to worry about revealing too much of yourself in the form of a cocktail, however, as the recipe remains a secret between you and the Bletchley agents.

Where: 459 Kings Road, Chelsea, SW10 0LJ
Bar opening hours: Tuesday - Thursday 5:30PM - 12AM; Friday & Saturday 5:30PM - 2AM

The Grid: cocktail-infused escape room, Southwark

Your task at The Grid is no less than to save humanity from extinction. In a real-life Black Mirror-esque experience, patrons must infiltrate the offices of the evil start-up Neosight and defeat its AI technology across multiple rooms, making sure that no potential enemies know about their undercover mission. Thankfully, protecting civilisation can be achieved while consuming specially-designed sci-fi cocktails at The Grid's futuristic Bankside location.

Where: Neosight HQ, 2 Robinson Road, London SE1 8BU
Bar opening hours: Tuesday - Thursday 4:30PM - 11PM; Friday 4:30PM - 12AM; Saturday 1:30PM - 12AM
