The event has grown to become one of the most anticipated shopping events in the fashion calendar, and this time, it's to be hosted by Alex Eagle (founder and creative vision behind the eponymous lifestyle boutique) and The Store, in partnership withTHE OUTNET.
‘My loot will include some old Celine and Prada pieces and a selection of fabulous vintage finds,’ Alex Eagle told Vogue, ‘There’s something magical about women all coming together and the clothes sitting in your wardrobe unworn being turned into instant cash for other women so greatly in need of it. I also love the idea of these clothes having a second life, to be re-worn and re-loved. It’s great for the environment – and for the soul.’
She has invited a bevvy of fashion heavyweight beauties to set up shop (or stall), from Camille Charriere and Alexa Chung to Charlotte Dellal, Hikari Yokoyama and Quentin Jones. Charlotte Tilbury’s award winning team will also be there, along with childrenswear brand Caramel.
Last year’s event welcomed over 1,500 shoppers and raised more than £222,000. The event will take place on 11 May 2019, from 1pm - 5pm in the Brewer Street Car Park. Standard tickets cost £10.79.
