Online fashion sample sales: summer 2020

There's nothing like news of a designer sample sale to get the adrenaline pumping for bargain-hunters and fashion-lovers alike. But in these times of reduced social interaction, continuing with physical sample sales would be dangerous for both staff and shoppers. Instead, some of the best bargains will now be found online, as digital sample sales look set to be the next big thing.
And while online fashion sample sales are obviously responding to a new need, they're actually a brilliant idea, opening up the sales to a host of people who could never make an IRL event whether it's in the midst of a global pandemic or not.
Each sale will have its own rules, and restrictions may apply. Once a sale opens it'll be fastest finger first so be sure to check back here regularly for event updates.

Alexa Chung sample sale, Thursday 30- Friday 31 July

Tomboys, mods, girlie girls, prepsters and punks… Alexa Chung's eponymous label delivers wardrobe inspiration that celebrates the styles and sub-cultures that have made British fashion one of its finest exports.

So an online Alexa Chung archive sale is much to get excited about, especially as prices will be reduced up to 85% for a limited time.

Categories include dresses, denim, knitwear, coats, accessories and jewellery. Prices start at £10, with leather pieces priced between £100 and £150.
