Yayoi Kusama: From Here to Infinity
Children's picture book Yayoi Kusama: From Here to Infinity!, written by MoMA curator Sarah Suzuki, is a highbrow delight for children's bedtime – but also a playful addition to any coffee table

Kusama's multi-discipline artworks – ranging from painting to sculpture, printmaking to installation – are famous for her signature polka dots, infinity mirrors, and unique vision that manifests itself throughout her work.

To say that she has been gaining momentum would be an understatement. Kusama collaborated with Louis Vuitton for a collection in 2012. She was named World's Most Popular Artist in 2014. The avant-garde artist opened her own Museum in Tokyo on 1 October 2017.

Now, children can get acquainted with the artist's fascinating works before bedtime. Created alongside Kusama's studio in Japan, Yayoi Kusama: From Here to Infinity! aims to teach a younger generation about the artist's incredible journey.

The picture book chronicles personal moments in Kusama's life as well as some of her seminal artworks. From her childhood in Matsumoto to her move to New York City, to her Infinity Mirrored Room series, the book promises to be both a visual and narrative treat for all ages – we're already dotty about it.
