If you haven't had a chance to explore Sir John Soane's Museum by candlelight yet, this is a fantastic opportunity to discover the newly opened private apartments and Model Room at our favourite quirky arts venue in London.
After hefty renovations, the second floor of Soane's Museum (London's perhaps best kept secret) is finally revealed in all it's glory, restored to how they would have appeared 160 years ago. Take a stroll through Soane's Model Room, through his bedroom, book passage, oratory and morning room, and uncover the secrets of Britain's finest collector.
Soane Museum Tour
These free tours run everyday (Tuesday - Saturday) at 1pm and 2pm, led by some of the museum's experts. And if you can't get enough, we recommend the £10 tour of the whole museum which takes in the incredible collection of Canelletto, JMW Turner, Egyptian sarcophagi and even William Hogarth's A Rake's Progress.
