MUSIC & DANCING

ALSO features brilliant new bands, up-and-coming acts and audio adventures. Listen to sets from K.O.G, Le Boom, Love Itoya, Get the Water, London International Gospel Choir, Honey Moon and Later Youth – with more names still to be announced. It's not just about live bands, though: late-night electro will be wafting from the Woods Stage, while at the Lake Stage, night owls can sway to folk, jazz and choral sounds while overlooking the fairy-lit waters. Fancy something more upbeat? Make your way to one of several DJ’d dance floors dotted about the site.

TALKS & EXPERIENCES

Ideas run wild through ALSO's programme. Expand your mind with talks from artist Jeremy Deller, The Voice’s Juliet Russell, author Jeffrey Boakye, psychologist Claudia Hammond, activist Nimco Ali, and food writer Gurdeep Loyal. And why not get stuck in to one of their many experiences - be it contemplative, creative or challenging. From guided paddle boarding, to scented swims to Yodomo’s curated programme of creative workshops, there will be so many chances to experience something new.

LAUGHS

ALSO is the home of smart comedy with comedy masters setting the scene with late-night comedy in the atmospheric woods. Don’t miss Sara Pascoe heading up the comedy line-up this year, and sets from Robin Ince, Marcel Lucont, Lucy Hopkins and many more.

FUEL

In between acts, tuck into exciting dishes and cuisines you wouldn’t make at home, including seafood and oysters from Winkle Picker and a vegan feast from Honest Supper Club. Chef Danny Jack and Hailee Kukura demo dishes from their The Van Life Cookbook. Drinks wise, those who need a little perking up in the morning can look forward to a top-notch coffee from The Crafty Boys, while later in the day, broaden your palate over a supernatural wine tasting or explore the world of rum.

Helen Bagnall, founder and artistic director of the festival says: 'ALSO is the next generation of festivals, immersive, truly experiential, with ideas threaded through everything we do, we make it effortless for our guests to engage with ideas running wild through having a unique and extraordinary festival weekend. Reaching this 10-year milestone for ALSO is a dream come true, and we feel it’s the perfect time for us all to experience ‘Re-Enchantment’ together, which is our theme for 2023. So to celebrate we will be creating a weekend unlike any other, a chance to enmesh ourselves with nature for a fabulously fun, immersive, experiential weekend of ideas running wild.
