Extended run: see London afresh in this boundary pushing performance by actor and writer Arinzé Kene

One of the stars of the West End's Girl from the North Country, the actor and writer Arinzé Kene, arrives at the Bush Theatre this March in a new boundary-pushing show that examines the heart of London.

Directed by Bush Theatre Associate Director Omar Elerian, Misty blends together gig theatre, spoken word, live art and direct address, with an original musical score in its exploration of what constitutes London's soul. Fans of Hamilton feel the rhythm of Arinzé's punchy spoken word, which begins by comparing our city to a living creature, the boroughs to organs – and Arinzé's very own borough to the bowels of a living thing.

Directed by Omar Elerian – an award-winning Italian / Palestinian theatre director, deviser and performer – Misty will make you think twice about the city that never sleeps.
