Garbstore.ten, new Seven Dials store

For their tenth anniversary Garbstore has opened in a new Covent Garden location

Garbstore, London has a new shop. Garbstore.ten is now open in Covent Garden
Back in 2008, Ian Paley and Emily Dyson opened Couverture and The Garbstore in Notting Hill. The women's shop (Couverture) and the menswear shop (Garbstore) featured Paley's own designs, plus a curated collection of brands, collaborations and on-off pieces. The concept quickly took off. The stores and site are a great place for something a little different though the designs are always cool, rather than quirky.

To celebrate ten years since their launch, Garbstore has opened up another shop near Covent Garden for menswear. Called Garbstore.ten, at 9 Earlham Street, Seven Dials (an easy-to-remember location if there ever was one!) this well edited-store has clothing, accessories, bags and homeware. The bags come from a collaboration with Sanpak; LA label Surf is Dead has collaborated on a range of t-shirts.

The premises even have a Reebok exhibition in the basement, testament to a longstanding partnership. The Next Step: Running Heritage is a mini-display of running shoes that lends the whole store street credibility.

Back on the ground floor, if you're easily swayed by homeware, look out for candles by No Chemicals, risqué beach towels by Better, and witty textiles by BFGF.

Another great addition to Seven Dials area, grab your garments from Garbstore.ten before everyone else hears about it.
