Ocean Invaders, Sea Life London Aquarium

Discover a world of jellyfish with Ocean Invaders at the Sea Life London Aquarium

Ocean Invaders, Sea Life London Aquarium
A new permanent exhibition is opening at the Sea Life London Aquarium this May half-term: jellyfish, those slimy, stingy, beautiful, beach-ruining, surreal prehistoric life-forms, are gliding into the capital.

In the World of Jellyfish more than 300 different species will make this the largest show of its kind yet. The ancient invertebrates first swam in our waters some 500 million years ago.

Some are pinhead-sized, others larger than people. Most are harmless, but encounters with a few of them (we're looking at you Box Jellyfish) can be very painful indeed.

Additionally, the Aquarium now boasts a VIP Shark Feeding Experience. Book the opportunity to help feed the ocean's most dangerous predators for 30 minutes alongside a trained aquarist. This is one dinner party you don't want to get on the wrong side of. Repeat after us: fish are friends, not food.
