Michael Rosen’s Chocolate Cake, Polka Theatre

Poetry in motion: don't miss this stage adaptation of Michael Rosen’s Chocolate Cake at the Polka Theatre

Michael Rosen’s Chocolate Cake, Polka Theatre
The Polka Theatre presents a painfully relatable tale for chocoholics everywhere. Based on Michael Rosen's Chocolate Cake poem and picture book, the show chronicles the struggles of having a weakness for delicious flavour.

Michael Rosen's Chocolate Cake follows the misadventures of two sweet-toothed brothers. They must prove their innocence after becoming suspects in the nighttime disappearance of a chocolate cake. But who is the guilty perpetrator, and who is nothing more than the perfect patsy?

Peter Glanville and Barb Jungr, creators of previous Polka performances We’re Going on a Bear Hunt and How to Hide a Lion are behind this new show.

Michael Rosen's Chocolate Cake promises to deliver justice for stolen baked goods everywhere.
