Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream in London for little ones this May half term

Bottom's Dream, FUNharmonics family concert, Royal Festival Hall
The English summer has nearly arrived! Even those immune to the glorious weather and unaware of all the exciting outdoor things you can do with the family in London, would know that spring has sprung thanks to the resurgence of productions of A Midsummer Night's Dream – from the production now on at the Globe to the new BBC adaptation this bank holiday.

Families intimidated by Shakespeare who think that he's too complicated for young minds should think again. This May half term the LPO and Globe Education are producing a special musical version of A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Royal Festival Hall.

As well as a magical, enchanting production full of magic, confusion and silliness, there are free musical activities happening for little ones all around the building, offering fun and interactive ways in to the concert, and opportunities for children to 'have a go' at different orchestral instruments under expert instruction.

Lose yourselves in the woods with Shakespeare at the Royal Festival Hall this half term.
