Boo at the Zoo, Halloween at London Zoo

Family friendly Halloween-themed activities return to London Zoo this half term

Boo at the Zoo, Halloween in London Zoo
Families are invited to celebrate All Hallows' Eve with furry friends this half-term with Boo at the Zoo. The extravaganza returns to the London Zoo grounds for 2017 with a range of spooky activities.

Little ones are invited to have a hands-on Halloween with a series of themed crafts. Make mysterious masks at the Bat Cave or carve creepy pumpkins at the Pumpkin Patch before enrolling in the Zoo's Ghoul School, where children can dress up as their favourite Halloween character, learn spell casting, and try mummy-wrapping before grooving down to the Pumpkin Patch dance.

Youngsters can drop in throughout the day and meet the creepy creatures famous for haunting Halloween. Animal talks, feeds, and demonstrations will be given a special scary spin for the occasion.

Prepare for a scare and sign up for a special ghost tour (between 21 – 31 October), to hear about supernatural sightings and the horrific history of the Zoo. Those feeling particularly brave can listen to the terrifying tales told by the Zoo's Spooky Storytellers or explore the Grimm Curiosity Shop – if they dare.

*Price on the day £3 for one, or £5 for two pumpkins. Offer only valid in conjunction with a paid-for child ticket booked at zsl.org or with ZSL by phone. One pumpkin per paid-for child ticket. Not available with free Under 3s tickets.
