Titanic Live, Royal Albert Hall

Jack and Rose are back at the Royal Albert Hall, where Titanic Live brings the Oscar-nominated movie to life with a live orchestra performing the score

Titanic Live, Royal Albert Hall
Be swept up in the exhilarating, star-crossed story of Rose and Jack, as James Cameron’s 1997, Oscar-nominated movie Titanic is given an immersive make-over at the Royal Albert Hall.

Part of the concert hall’s Films in Concert series, Titanic Live sees the blockbuster movie play on a giant screen in high definition, with 130 musicians from the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra plus professional singers performing James Horner’s sweeping, moving score on stage. Conductor Ludwig Wicki guides the orchestra through the score, accompanied by Eric Rigler playing uilleann pipes and whistles and vocal soloist Alice Zawadzki.

Relive Rose (Kate Winslet) and Jack’s (Leonardo DiCaprio) romance, as they run through ship’s corridors, dance with working class passengers below deck and stand in that famous pose, arms stretched on the bow of the ship.

The concert screening returns to the Royal Albert Hall following sold out seasons in both 2015 and 2017. Book now while tickets last.
