A pioneering new Hackney cocktail bar inspired by Andy Warhol's Silver Factory is opening in early February in Hackney. Tony Conigliaro is behind the project with his innovative drinks brand, The Drinks Factory. Conigliaro set up the award-winning London cocktail bars 69 Colebrooke Row and Bar Termini.

The idea is that twelve bottled cocktails will be available at any one time, each made in collaboration with Zoe Burgess of The Drinks Factory. Tony, who introduced the bottled-aged negroni to London cocktail bars, is introducing profound new elixirs that taste of things like snow (if you ate it), inducing creatives to think, and drink, at Untitled.

A new hub for Hackney creatives, food and drink will bolster installations from local resident artists, as the bar will double as a destination for design and visual art. The design of the bar is the work of London interior designers Studioprototype.

Conigliaro has said that polished concrete and "silver walls" will be in ode to Silver Factory, Warhol's creative hub from the Sixties and Seventies.
