Lyle's restaurant Shoreditch, London, has been creating a buzz with its new Guest Series of monthly dinner residencies with some of the world's most talented chefs.
Showcasing the best in culinary talent, each event sees a different chef come to the British restaurant. Many of the guests are chefs who have been making a name for themselves on the international culinary scene.
The restaurant primarily celebrates British produce so the series will be a great opportunity for Lyle's to showcase a more eclectic, global menu.
TUESDAY 20TH & WEDNESDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER
Bo.lan: Dylan Jones & Duangporn Songvisava
Husband and wife Jones and Songisava (Australian and Thai) met at David Thompson's Nahm in London. They are uncompromising in their dedication to authentic Thai recipes in Bo.Lan, their restaurant in Bangkok, where they are fast becoming household names, thanks to their weekly TV cookery show. Not to be missed.
