Gala Festival, Brixton

A festival with the best food in Brixton, independent drinks and DJs

Gala Festival, Brixton
Some of the best food in Brixton will be found at Brockwell Park – plus a line-up of DJs and artisan brewers – for an all-day festival on Bank Holiday Sunday, 28 May.

The one-off GALA Festival will run from noon until 10.30pm. The festival straddles both music and food, and names confirmed as attending read like a directory of London's most popular food and drink producers.

Kricket, Chicken Shop, Killa Dilla, Made of Dough, Spicebox, Bill or Beak, Kerbisher & Malt, Oh My Dog, The Joint, Fatties Bakery and Honest Burgers take care of food cultures from east to west, and drinks-wise Brick Brewery, Brixton Brewery and Canopy Beer Co have a monopoly on serving good artisan brews.

There are festival-style cocktails if you're swerving beer, an official Aperol Spritz Bar if you like to drink what you know, and music from Studio 54, Paradise Garage, Horse Meat Disco, Moxie, Crazy P and many more.

Date: Sunday 28 May. Time: Noon-10.30pm. Price: £25.

We have 10 pairs of tickets for Culture Whisper members to go along free of charge. Extra tickets can be purchased via the link below.
