Meat masterclass at Brew Cafe

Members are invited to a luxurious masterclass in meat at Brew Cafe, Putney

Meat masterclass at Brew Cafe
Culture Whisper members are invited to join Brew Cafe's head butcher Salvatore for wine, followed by an exclusive class focusing on meat and meat preparation. Salvatore produces all of Brew Cafe's organic bacon, ham, chorizo, burgers and supervises the ageing of its signature sirloin.

In Brew Cafe's head cafe in Putney, Salvatore has his own butchery stronghold where he moulds, bashes, carves and flavours all Brew Cafe's meat dishes.

Culture Whisper members will learn some of the secrets of the trade during the masterclass, including best practices for storing, cutting and cooking meat, and how to treat different cuts depending on breed and age.

The prestigious five Brew Cafes brought the laid-back all-day dining feel of Melbourne to London when they opened in the UK in 2010, only cooking with the highest quality ingredients to make simple but nurtured food.

Salvatore's masterclass will take place within the chic, glass-walled workshop of the Putney restaurant.

Ten Premium Members are invited to the masterclass, with plus-ones permitted.

Date: 2 May. Time: 7-9pm. Price: Complimentary for members
