BAYGO Food Tasting with Cocktails

For anyone who could handle a trip to the tropics right about now, save on plane fare and stop by BAYGO instead. The new restaurant in Central London focuses on bringing fresh flavours straight to your plate to banish the winter blues straight away. The cheerful space promises to be the edible version of the colourful Harmonics in Space exhibition at NOW gallery.

Feast on funky fresh fruits like ackee, a tropical West African delicacy. Put down the coffee – kickstart your day with a spicy bacon and egg bun instead. Vegan friendly bowls are available for those so inclined, whereas carnivores can dig into pulled pork burgers with homemade sauce.

Members are invited to join Culture Whisper and BAYGO for a delicious evening. All attendees will receive two Rum Punches. Meat eaters: prepare for two mini island One Pots, a Curry Goat classic and a BAYGO chicken roti, a mini curry chicken Roti, and a mini sunshine burger. Vegans can enjoy a vegan Roti Pot, mini Callaloo Soup, and a mini Chickpea Burger.

They might be called mini, but they promise to bring huge flavour.
