If London's lingering winter has you feeling stressed and depressed, never fear: there's an art exhibition for that.

Take a break from the grey skies and bustling city streets at NOW Gallery. The space that played host to the sensational WALALA X PLAY exhibition has transformed into a colourful, playful oasis once more.

Artist Fred Butler designed Harmonics in Space to combat SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and the side-effects of urban living. Inspired by the work of dance theorist Rudolf Laban, Butler aims to counter the physical effects of deskwork and electronic devices. Encouraging you to take a step back from the monotony of everyday life, the experimental exhibition incorporates sound, light, and chromotherapy to offer a therapeutic retreat for low-spirited Londoners.

Science and art combine to transport you to a candy-coloured wonderland. Wander through the calming gallery space to experience the full colour spectrum, reimagined through geometric sculptures. Focus on all five senses by donning headphones playing the melodious beats of a soundtrack produced by musician Natureboy to accompany the exhibition.

Take a break to unleash your creativity by crafting your own origami creature. Immersive installations, or 'healing spheres', are a key element of the exhibition: submerge your head in a polyhedral light therapy sculpture to experience the combined affects of chromotherapy and light therapy.

This fantastic, free exhibition promises to offer a 'safe space' to unplug and unwind this spring.
