Carine Roitfeld X Uniqlo collaboration

Former editor-in-chief of Vogue Paris, Carine Roitfeld, collaborates with Japanese brand Uniqlo in a strong yet sensual new collection

Carine Roitfeld for Uniqlo
The new, super hot designer collaboration making headlines isn’t from Dior, or Chanel, or Gucci but the casual high-street brand Uniqlo.
The casual Japanese brand has partnered with style icon Carine Roitfeld, who as founder and editor-in-chief of Vogue Paris, has a long career dressing women and knows well the battle of women of all ages to look stylish and yet office-ready at work.
Her 40 piece collection, (the full collection is available at the Uniqlo Regent Street store) is very much Roitfeld’s vision: a timeless, chic French classics at amazingly affordable prices.
The collection focusses on dark and neutral colours, with daring, figure flattering leopard print silk blowses and faux-leather knee length skirts mixed in with amazingly affordable black tuxedo jacket with satin lapels, retailing at £99.90, and beautifully French, collarless tweed jackets.
The collection is selling out at great speed, not a surprise for the most talked about fashion co/lab outside of the new H&M Balmain collection arriving on the 5th November, but is still available to those who get a move on.
