House of Holland Selfridges Launch

House of Holland launches its first menswear collection at Selfridges

Henry Holland menswear launch Selfridges
After nearly ten years of designing womenswear, Henry Holland has made his first for foray into menswear, with the launch of his new collection at London Collections: Men, available to buy at Selfridges.
Following in the footsteps of other London Fashion Week designers Jonathan Saunders and Richard Nicoll, the British designer who has run his own eponymous label since 2008 is expanding the brand's reach to include both genders -  this time with the help of BFC Funding Trust.
British designer Henry Holland first became fashion famous in 2006 with his rebellious 'Fashion Groupies' slogan tees. But it is his use of bold patterns and outlandish colours that has maintained Holland's reputation as forward looking, innovative designer. Fans can expect to find similarly bold, stand-out designs turning heads on the House of Holland spring/summer 2016 collection, that combines this season's popular sportswear look with sleek tailoring for a humorous, modern man.
Speaking to Vogue about the new collection, Holland said: "I think that while the menswear market is growing at such a fast pace, there is a gap for a young playful menswear brand with the House of Holland DNA. I have created the collection with myself and my team in mind, pieces that we love and would want to wear - hopefully this will be the same for our customers. The HoH man is a strong confident person, fashion focused, with a playful sense of humour."
