Four Visions for the Future of Housing provides the backdrop to the Royal Academy Future of Housing season of debates and talks on the hot topic of the future for housing in the UK. On display in the Royal Academy Architecture Space, this design exhibition London focuses on the urgent challenges and possible solutions to the current housing crisis – and just in time for the General Election!

Four architecture firms have taken up the brief with intriguing visions of a future that could be nearly in our reach, including Mae Architects, London’s innovative solutions to today’s urban and social challenges. Look out for the unexpected results to Dallas Pierce Quintero’s site-specific and collaborative methods; Dr Tom Holbrook of 5th studio’s
exploration of spatial design with particular focus on conservation, environmental sustainability and complex regeneration projects; and Sarah Wigglesworth Architects use of everyday spaces that complement our wellbeing.
