Don’t miss design event London: Liberty launches new Secret Garden inspired Liberty London fabric and wallpaper

The Secret Garden Collection, Liberty of London
Remedy the brisk spring chill with the highly anticipated launch of the new line of Liberty London fabric and wallpaper, inspired by Frances Hodgson Burnett’s classic English novel, The Secret Garden.
For those that aren’t familiar, The Secret Garden tells the story of two young cousins that find comfort in the walls of a hidden garden filled with blossoming roses.
Emma Mawston, Head of Liberty Art Fabrics, was compelled to create the collection through a love of both florals and literature: ‘The book is filled with wonderful textile, colour and design references and amazing narration of the natural world.’ Consequently, it features diverse colour palettes to reflect the transition from winter to spring, with texture being a particular focal point.
The Secret Garden series is exemplary of Liberty’s status in London design events. With a unique balance of tradition and originality, the designs were either created in-house or taken from the Liberty of London archive. With prices starting from £70/m for fabric and £80/m for wallpaper, this is a chance to replace the old with the new and bring the outdoors inside to rejuvenate your home.
