Rethinking the Urban Landscape presents 45 innovative contemporary landscape projects in the UK and abroad, such as King’s Cross, the Olympic Park, and even community allotments, that promote healthier, safer and happier cities. It argues the case that green infrastructure in the early stages of city planning creates a huge number of benefits that range from reduced flood risk to tackling poor air quality.
Curated by The Building Centre and the Landscape Institute, this new design exhibition presents visitors with a diverse selection of projects, films and intricate models to support the importance of good landscape architecture.
