Let's All Dance specialises in creating ballets with engaging stories at manageable lengths suitable for very young children. It's been going for seven years, during which it has toured extensive bringing especially crafted versions of ballets such as Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker and Cinderella to family audiences.

This year it's the turn of Goldilocks The Ballet, but the well-known story of the little girl who disturbs the domestic arrangements of family of bears gets a few interesting twists. As Let's All Dance tells it, Goldilocks owns a jar of magical honey. She befriends the family of bears and teaches everyone the value of sharing. However, Selfish Sid hears about this magical honey and hatches a dastardly plan to steal it.

We're told the vibe is 1940s, and the show blends a variety of dance styles performed by professional dancers. All this at 45 minutes' duration, which would seem perfect for even the youngest audience members.

After the show in the Lilian Baylis studio, Sadler's Wells second stage, there will be a photo opportunity with the dancers on stage, providing the children with cherished memories to take home with them.

Age Guidance: suitable for all. Children over 18 months need a ticket
