Sagardi promises the best produce from Basque farms and its coast, all flown in daily from San Sebastián. Taste pintxos (Basque-style tapas) and infamous Basque cider and wine at the bar, or sit down at the restaurant and watch the magic happen at a flashy central charcoal grill. There will also be a street-facing butcher with Galician beef hanging from the ceiling.
We're already salivating over Fried Txistorra sausages, Grilled Biskay black pudding, Txuleton (beefsteak) and fresh grilled fish from the San Sebastian market.
Sagardi is on soft launch until September 4th with 50% off lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
