What happens when you get a chef and a set designer to organise a pop-up restaurant? That heady mix of theatre and food. The Art of Dining will be an experience for all your senses.
Be prepared for a dining experience where the food, drink, room, music, table, cutlery and mood change colour with each of the five intricately prepared courses. Every colour provokes different emotions, whether it's green, red, yellow, white or black. So, whilst some colours can be soothing, others are stimulating or uplifting.
Chef Ellen Parr, trained at Moro, use each of these colours in conjunction with each of the five senses to create a dining experience geared to be different and delicious.
What ‘the Colour Palate’ aims to do is focus the diners on the colours and experience them to their full intensity.
Set designer Alice Hodge will use lighting, paper, glass and fabric to enhance the experience and ensure the mood changes as you dine.
The Art of Dining aims to stimulate all your senses, taste, vision, hearing, touch and smell during this unique dining experience. This is the perfect pop up for those of us who hate to choose between culture and food.
