First off chef Cat Ashton, formerly of Petersham Nurseries, opens the series with a three-course feast celebrating a range of spring ingredients such as asparagus, peas and lamb. The menu features slow cooked lamb shoulder with truffled pecorino, spring tomatoes and broad beans and vanilla cheesecake with early season strawberries and Amaretto caramel. The focus will be on the freshest new season ingredients from great British producers and suppliers and we’re excited to see what these guests will be cooking up for us over the year.
Running monthly throughout 2016, the supperclub series is co-hosted by Ashton and features an impressive line up of guest chefs and foodies. Starting from April, Ella Woodward (Deliciously Ella), Adam Rawson (Young British Foodie award winner) and Nicholas Balfe (owner of Salon in Brixton) take over for the summer months. More details will follow for the autumn schedule when Anna Jones (cook, stylist and writer) makes an appearance.
