Kick off the festive season with a booking at Gordon Ramsay’s Winter Cabin at his York & Albany, which returns due to popular demand. Nestled on the edge of Regent’s Park, the cabin is available for exclusive hire only, and can cater for groups of up to twelve.
Guests are served from a delicious menu of indulgent drinks and snacks made uniquely available to cabin. Drinks included a buttered rum hot chocolate with homemade marshmallows, and achestnut infused bourbon with winter spices. We intend to order The Hunter, however, a blend of apricot, lemon and Bombay Sapphire, topped with Ayala champagne.
On the snack menu, you can pick from dishes such as duck liver pâté with whiskey jelly, and egg-nog served with chestnut truffles. The luxuriant interiors of the cabin, cosily reminiscent of a mountain hunting lodge, with thick rugs and animal skins, complement the wintery menu perfectly
