J Crew: Sloane Square: new store
Expect J Crew's trademark wearable cool
Fans of US brand J Crew will be delighted to see their fourth shop unveiled this Wednesday on the corner of Sloane Square. The 4,500 square feet site will house womenswear, menswear, accessories, a Ludlow suit section and a cashmere area. The brand have collaborated with British charity Buglife, which specialises in the conservation of bees and bugs, and created a seven metre living wall of flowers on the shop front. This creepy crawly collaboration has also inspired a capsule collection of T-shirts by illustrator Emma Smith for men, women and children, as well as a limited edition range of honey. Fashionistas, though, will be making a bee line for this season’s best J Crew pieces: the mohair geometric print sweater and the jacquard Alara dress.
