Barking mad? Art exhibition for dogs comes to London
Culture your canine companion at London's first art exhibition curated especially for dogs

Between walkies, fetch and snuggles, it can be hard for city pooches to find the time for culture. Now London dogs can get their fine art fill at a pop-up exhibition of contemporary works specially curated for canines.
The interactive installation created by artist Dominic Wilcox invites dogs of all shapes and sizes on a journey through their favourite activities (apart from chewing shoes). Breezes and scents will mimic the sensation of riding in the car with the window open, a giant food bowl is filled with toy balls, and water jets give cooling bursts to pups who dream of doggie paddle.
Cultural enrichment comes courtesy of paintings made in colours chosen especially for doggie vision. Pups who hog the TV will also enjoy a big screen video installation.
As well as offering an arty adventure for our four-legged friends, the pop-up exhibition is raising awareness of the importance of play for a dog's health. Organisers More Than Pet Insurance will donate £1 to the RSPCA for every owner who pledges to play with their dog for 15 minutes a day.
