In the final weeks of Guy Bourdin: Image Maker , the Guardian will host an exclusive talk with the exhibition curator, Alistair O'Neill, and the Guardian's Fashion Editor Jess Cartner-Morley, as they explore the career of one of fashion's most influential and enigmatic photographers.
Following the talk there will be the opportunity to enjoy a private view of the Guy Bourdin exhibition, and to discover the photographer's influences, his love of cinema and surrealism, and the working practices of the master image maker.

This major retrospective charts Bourdin’s distinguished 40-year career from Man Ray’s protégé to photography revolutionary in his own right and explores his pursuit of perfection. Challenging and provocative, Bourdin's unique eye was famed for his work in both advertising and editorial. Today he continues to serve as an inspiration for photographers such as Tim Walker and Nick Knight.
