The Tiger Who Came to Tea, Britain’s best loved picture book, is bringing its Olivier Award nominated stage production back for summer. Adapted and directed by David Wood, OBE, the bestselling tale by the beloved Judith Kerr continues to inspire and delight young audiences.

This might just be the perfect introduction to the world of theatre for your little one this summer, as they follow the story of Sophie and her mummy who find themselves with an unexpected - and ravenously hungry - guest at the door. The Tiger Who Came to Tea combines singing, dancing and puppetry with colourful set designs in this production.

While perfect for the 4-5-year-old bracket, we'd wholeheartedly recommend this show for younger toddlers - it's gentle, charming and the tiger is more silly than scary. Plus, the running time is less than an hour.
