Snowdrop Days, Chelsea Physic Gardens

Snowdrops return to London's oldest botanic garden this January

Snowdrops
Ahead of its official Spring opening, London's oldest botanic garden is welcoming flower fans big and old enjoy its winter blooming of snowdrops.

Snowdrops, (Latin name Galanthus meaning 'milk flower') will be out in twinkling force this January and February, when all the sensible plants are still asleep. Guided tours through the gardens will highlight the variety of snowdrops (from the common snowdrop to the G Sam Arnott, so loved that a single bulb can go for hundreds of pounds).

Check the Chelsea Physic Garden's website for updates on guided tours and talks happening in the Garden this January.
