Wow! Said The Owl, Little Angel Theatre

Step into a world of colour with this wintery puppet show for London's toddlers at the Little Angel Theatre

Wow! Said The Owl, Little Angel Theatre: best things for London's little ones this winter
Christmas is the best time to have a young family, as London is awash with theatrical productions for babies as young as 2 and under. Alongside The Snow Child at the Unicorn Theatre, the five star I Want My Hat Back at the National Theatre and the twinkling snow scenes in the Beasty Baby at the Polka Theatre, Wow! Said the Owl at the Little Angel Theatre is reliably one of the best shows for London's little ones.
Based on the much loved children's book by award winning author Tim Hopgood, WOW! Said the Owl invites children to step into a world bursting with colour at the behest of a curious little owl who is determined to stay awake and see what day light brings.
Enjoy the wonders of the pink glow as the sun rises and the dawn breaks, the bright green colours of the leaves in the morning light, the blue sky, the grey could and - finally - a brightly coloured rainbow, dazzling enough to make everyone go 'WOW!'
As the day fades and the night falls, prepare your little darlings for some of the most beautiful colours of all shining down from the night-time stars.
The Little Angel Theatre is famed for its etherial puppetry and the original music it brings to its story-telling, so expect a visual feast under the direction of Joy Haynes, designed to delight and excite very young audiences.
Suitable for age 2 - 4.
Babies under 2 admitted at All Ages performances on Sun 10am and Tues 10am or 10.30, plus Mon 21 Dec 10.30 + Mon 28 Dec 10.30).
